I came to Alexandria with my very vintage heirloom ring to see what could be done about it sitting too high off my finger. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, and organized, and presented 3 clear options for how I could proceed. It couldn’t have been an easier process! I went with the middle option (changing just the aspect I wanted to change without redesigning the ring) and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! Also, I brought in a weird mesh necklace for repair - she took a thorough look and determined that repairing it would actually make it worse, and came up with an alternative of wearing it as a bracelet instead. I am very appreciative of her telling me the truth and not wasting time/money on something that wasn’t a good idea. To me that’s a sign of someone who is truly listening and cares.

I am so appreciative of her expertise and guidance and I cannot wait to work with her again! I couldn’t recommend her more :)

Ali was so amazing to work with and put so much thought into the ring. Wildly amazing experience! This was personal and exquisite customer service. I explored several jewelers in the area, but nothing compared to what Ali brought to the table. Growing up I remember my dad wearing this watch that I now know is a Rolex Oyster Datejust from the 80s. A few years ago, he gave it to me and while I cherish the heirloom, it was beat up, had a lot of scratches, didn't fit well, and I couldn't figure out how to set the date. I wore it a couple times to special events but that got me thinking that I really would like to get it refurbished in order to wear it more often and more comfortably.

I wasn't sure where to start with this process so I procrastinated for a while but I had heard great things about Alexandria from friends and knew she could help me out.

After we discussed my goals and what I wanted to do with the watch, they took it, worked with some other folks, figured out pricing, found reputable technicians, and came back to me with everything completed and the watch looks great.

They replaced the crystal, tightened and fixed the band, cleaned all of the internals and face, and made it look almost new!

When I told my dad that I got the watch refurbished and I've worn it to a couple of things, he was so happy to hear that and it really made him proud to know that the heirloom was getting used.

Alexandria made everything easy from the start. She was quick to respond and set up our initial meeting, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The absolute best buying experience. I go to Ali for all my husband’s gifts- birthday, holiday, anniversary. She makes it simple and FUN. Whether it’s just a pair of earrings, or a more personalized piece, she ensures I think of every detail, that I’m within my budget, and that I’m happy even after the item arrives. I would never even think about looking somewhere else. Customer service is outstanding and I love that I’m never stuck searching through an entire physical store or pages and pages of products online. After my first experience with A. D'Mae Diamonds in April 2021, I knew I would be back, but didn't know it would be this soon. From inquiry to receiving my piece in the mail (yes, I live across the country!), Alexandria makes this this process of what could potentially be stressful and nerve wrecking, very enjoyable and stress free. I gave her a run for her money, and had her custom design a piece I was thinking of in my mind. She took Google photos I sent her, hand drawings on sticky notes, you name it.... and simply put, nailed it. She literally created the ring from my mind in real life, and from miles and miles away.
