Design Starts With Your Story
Ali's first question is never about carats or settings. It's about the person. Tell me about your partner. What are they like? What do they wear? What's meaningful to them? Ali doesn't pull from a tray. She searches the global wholesale market for the stone that fits this specific design, this specific budget, and this specific person. She cross-references certifications, evaluates beyond what grading reports show, and presents curated options with full transparency on tradeoffs.

The Bespoke Process
The Design Consultation
A free, 90-minute design consultation in Ali's West LA studio or over video. This is the foundation of everything. Ali will ask about your partner, your relationship, your aesthetic preferences, and what this ring should feel like. She'll also talk budget openly so the design process is grounded in reality from the start. You'll leave with a clear sense of direction and excitement about what's possible.
Original Sketches
Ali drafts two to three initial sketches based on your conversation. These are original designs, not modifications of templates. You provide feedback, she iterates, and together you refine until the design feels exactly right. Most clients are excited by the first round. Some take two or three rounds. There's no rush.
Stone Sourcing
Ali searches her global network for the stone that fits this design and your budget. She'll present curated options with photos, videos, and detailed comparisons. You'll understand exactly what you're getting and why she's recommending it. She sources both natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as colored gemstones.
3D CAD Rendering
Before anything is made, you'll see a photorealistic 3D render of your ring. This is your chance to see proportions, angles, and details at scale. Ali walks you through the render and makes any final adjustments. Once you approve, the ring goes into production.
Crafting and Delivery
Your ring is crafted by trusted artisan partners under Ali's personal oversight. Most bespoke engagement rings take 6 to 10 weeks from approved design to finished piece. Your ring arrives with an appraisal, a care guide, and a completion package designed to make this moment feel as special as the ring itself.
